With our signature darkest roast, we aimed to get a little oil on the bean and a little smoke in the cup while preserving the coffee’s remarkable qualities. You’ll notice a trace of smoke over a rich molasses base and a nice touch of soft acidity that keeps the coffee interesting and complex. - Favoured for a drip, well worth your time as a pourover.
